Research Interests
My research interests include the role of specific brain nuclei and neurotransmitter systems in mediating psychostimulant addiction and relapse, sex differences and hormonal influences on drug-taking and drug-seeking behaviors, and drug discovery research involving preclinical testing of possible pharmacotherapies that may reduce craving and prevent relapse in drug dependent individuals.
